When can I expect to receive my order?

> Digital Art Printables and Printable Calendars:
will be delivered immediately via email, once payment has been processed. If you do not see your files in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. To ensure delivery, please add orders@enchantedprints.com to your address book.

> Digital Art Printables with customization: Files are delivered via email within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Please add orders@enchantedprints.com to your address book to ensure delivery.

> Art Prints, Canvases, and Mugs: please allow 3-4 business days for production before shipping.

> Printed Calendars: Our elves are hard at work. Your calendar will be ready to ship on December 1st!

How long does shipping take?
To ensure the speediest delivery most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers in CA and AZ, right to you. Shipping typically takes 3-4 business days. If you need to expedite your order, please contact us at orders@enchantedprints.com.

What is your return policy?

DIGITAL ITEMS (PRINTABLE DOWNLOADS)
Due to the digital nature of our digital art printables and printable calendars, we are not able to accept returns for those items. Please review your purchase carefully before checking out.

PRINTED ART, CANVASES, AND MUGS
If your order has not met your expectations, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase, by emailing orders@enchantedprints.com, with your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are unable to accept returns on any products that have been customized, including customized mugs.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrived with damaged, incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately, so that we can fix it for you as quickly as possible: orders@enchantedprints.com. If the item is damaged, please include pictures of the broken item. We will generate a return label for you to ship the item back to us, at no additional cost to you. We ask that you save all packaging materials for a quick return.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we only ship to the United States, but digital and printable items are available to everyone!

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for deliverable items in the state of Florida, only.

Do you offer gift messages or wrapping?
Unfortunately not at this time, but all items are shipped without any pricing shown on the packaging slip.

Can you change the color or fonts on any of your designs?
At this time we are unable to make these types of customizations.

How do I print my digital art printables?
We’ve included a handy-dandy printing guide with each download. If you have additional questions about printing, please email: orders@enchantedprints.com

Am I able to sell your digital files or printouts?
No. All printable files are for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited, and files are password protected from altering. Please feel free to print up to ten copies of each design to gift to family and friends.

Do you offer any discounts?
Occasionally, we will share special sales and discounts via social media and to our email subscribers. Keep a look out!
